Welcome. I am Pragya Gurung, an Indian Air Force veteran, an IIM Lucknow graduate, and a watercolor artist.

My transition from a structured life in the Air Force to the contemplative world of art has been both enriching and transformative. Drawing from diverse life experiences, my practice is rooted in stillness, introspection, and emotional depth. Through watercolor, I seek to capture quiet moments that resonate with the inner self.

My work has been exhibited on national and international platforms, including AIFACS, Delhi, Cabella, Italy  a solo exhibition in Hyderabad and my paintings have also been showcased at Luna Grande Gallery, Istanbul, Turkey. Some of my selected works are represented by the Abir Space online gallery, with features in AbirPothi, India’s only dedicated art newsletter.

Through Art by Pragya at WaterLush, I create paintings inspired by a meditative approach—art that invites calm, reflection, and a deeper connection with the viewer. Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and emotional nuance.
